Card stock that handles like it should

The weight and finish of a card communicates quality before anyone reads a word on it. We print on 280–350gsm coated card stock and offer four surface finishes.

Linen finish (air-cushion) is our most popular for actively used decks: it improves grip and reduces clumping mid-shuffle. Soft-touch adds a velvet feel for premium gift decks. Gloss maximises vibrancy, while Matte reduces glare for photography-heavy tarot decks.

Offset printing — not digital inkjet

We print card decks on Heidelberg 4C/5C machines. The difference is visible: offset ink sits on the surface with a sharpness and solid density that digital printing simply cannot replicate at scale.

For a 52-card game deck or a 78-card tarot set, offset means every single card looks identical in colour and registration. At 3,000 decks, the final deck is indistinguishable from the first.

A card deck is only as good as the box it comes in. We manufacture standard tuck boxes, rigid magnetic closure gift boxes, two-piece lid-and-base boxes, belly bands, and custom sleeves in the same factory run.

Tuck box dielines are cut to a strict ±0.5mm tolerance. The deck slides out with deliberate, satisfying resistance — never falling out loosely or requiring thumb-prying force.

We print every card format: standard poker (2.5″×3.5″), bridge size, tarot (2.75″×4.75″), oracle cards, mini decks, and fully bespoke dimensions. Card count per deck is completely unrestricted — 20 cards or 120+ cards.

Choose standard 3.5mm round corners or pristine square corners. Card backs can be uniformly identical or individually unique for gameplay mechanics.

Our MOQ is 500 decks. This applies to standard playing cards, tarot decks, oracle sets, and custom game cards. Pre-production physical prototype samples (1–5 decks) are available before press runs begin.

Standard promotional decks typically use 300gsm. For premium gift decks, tarot, and oracle cards, we strongly recommend 330gsm to 350gsm stock, which provides a far more substantial, satisfying snap and hand feel.

Linen finish (air-cushion) applies a fine subtle cross-hatch texture to the card surface. It creates an air pocket between cards, significantly improving slide and casino-feel shuffle dynamics while resisting fingerprints. Soft-touch provides a completely smooth, deeply matte velvet feel—ideal for premium unboxed gift decks.

Yes. We regularly print standard 78-card tarot decks (2.75″×4.75″) as well as completely bespoke oracle sizes. Card counts per deck and trim dimensions are fully customizable.
