📋 1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of Book Plus Manufacturing Solutions ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all B2B manufacturing services, including but not limited to book production, assembling, product designing, and accessory sourcing.
If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

We provide integrated B2B solutions for designing and manufacturing "Book Plus" products, including:

💼 3. Business Terms & Conditions
3.1 Order Requirements
- • Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to all products
- • Orders must be confirmed in writing with detailed specifications
- • Custom designs require approval of samples before production
- • Lead times vary based on product complexity and order volume
3.2 Pricing & Payment
- • All prices are quoted in USD and subject to change
- • Payment terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment
- • Additional costs for rush orders or specification changes
- • Bank charges and transfer fees borne by client
3.3 Quality Standards
- • All products comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards
- • FSC certification for paper products
- • Safety compliance for toys and accessories
- • Quality inspection before shipment
⚖️ 4. Intellectual Property Rights
Client retains all intellectual property rights to their original designs, content, and specifications. We respect and protect client confidentiality through:
- ✓ Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for all projects
- ✓ Secure handling of all client materials and designs
- ✓ No reproduction or use of client designs without permission
- ✓ Return or destruction of materials upon project completion
🛡️ 5. Warranties & Liability
5.1 Product Warranties
- • Products manufactured according to approved specifications
- • Defects in materials or workmanship covered for 90 days
- • Warranty void for damage due to misuse or normal wear
- • Replacement or credit for confirmed manufacturing defects
5.2 Limitation of Liability
- • Liability limited to the value of the specific order
- • No liability for indirect or consequential damages
- • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
- • Client responsible for final product safety and compliance
🔚 6. Termination
Either party may terminate the business relationship with written notice. Upon termination:
- • Ongoing orders will be completed or cancelled by mutual agreement
- • All outstanding payments become immediately due
- • Confidential information must be returned or destroyed
- • Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations
🏛️ 7. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our business relationship shall be resolved through:
Direct Negotiation
Good faith discussions between parties
Mediation
Third-party mediation if negotiation fails
Arbitration
Binding arbitration in Shenzhen, China
